At High Fashion Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal within 15 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging and secure all protective materials to ensure the product arrives in showroom condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using your preferred insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
